No refund policy
All bookings and purchases made with SmashClub are final. We operate a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is completed, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No refunds are available for booking cancellations, regardless of the notice provided.
- No refunds are available for missed or unused bookings.
- No refunds are available for membership passes once purchased.
Rescheduling
While payments are non-refundable, you may request to reschedule a booking subject to court availability. Rescheduling requests are accommodated at the management’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
Membership passes
Membership passes (Monthly and Yearly) are non-refundable once purchased. No pro-rated or partial refunds will be issued for unused periods.
Weather policy
For outdoor courts, if play is impossible due to rain or severe weather conditions, a credit may be issued for a future booking at the management’s discretion. This does not apply to indoor courts. No monetary refunds will be provided.
